As special service to our customers we offer to check presentations. During that process we test the compatibility of the equipment with your data media to ensure a smooth process. For this check you can send your data either per email, mail or through cloud services and we will check it thoroughly. After that the data will be securely stored on a USB stick and presented at your event.
Our service includes on-time delivery and assembly on the day before your event as well as dismantling and collection of the equipment right after the event. This is all included in the rental fee as part of our service.
During the whole exhibition we are at your disposal on the phone and, due to our close location, we are able to respond swiftly to emergencies

A pre-installation might be reasonable regarding construction or scheduling of the event. In this case we will contact the respective assembly team.
For system exhibition stands it is prohibited to mount equipment at the rented exhibition walls. In this case an adapter board has to be ordered with the booth builder. Alternatively display stands can be used.
Upon request we will contact the responsible technicians, installers and agencies to ensure a smooth operation.
